The California native, Arcadian Winery, strives to fully express the distinct characteristics of each vineyard and California's Central Coast region. Learn how this unique winery creates a variety of wines from different grapes found in California’s Central Coast. The evening will begin at 6:30 with a reception and be followed by a four-course dinner by Chef Cyrille Holota at 7:00 p.m. The dinner costs $105.00 per person excluding tax and gratuity. HENRIOT CHAMPAGNE DINNER

In the 16th Century, the Henriot familly settled in Champagne. In 1808, the house of Henriot was officially founded by Apolline Henriot. After seven generations, while preserving the patiently enriched secret of tradition and savoir-faire, Stanislas Henriot is now in charge of this family heritage. Champagne Henriot is committed to preferring wines with a strong personality centered around the family philosophy of wine making. The evening will begin at 6:30 with a reception and be followed by a five-course dinner by Chef Cyrille Holota at 7:00 p.m. The dinner costs $125 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Sommelier Perrine Prieur, who grew up in her parents’ vineyard in Burgundy, France, has always found wine to be an integral part of her life. After leaving home, she decided to attend a culinary-driven university and study the various aspects of the restaurant.

After school, she trained under some of France’s most prestigious chefs in world-renowned restaurants, including Jean Marc Reynaud at Tain l’Hermitage, a Michelin 2-star restaurant, Le Souleias in St. Tropez, and at Regis Marcon, a Michelin 3-star restaurant. After honing her French culinary skills, she moved to England and worked for three years as the pastry chef at 4 Rosette in the Wahbourne Court Hotel.

Drawn to food and wine pairing, she then attended a sommelier university in Dijon and accrued several accolades; including winning a Bordeaux wine competition. After her training, she moved to London and worked as a sommelier at Le Gavroche, where she managed over 2000 bottles in the cellar.

Now at JOËL, she works closely with Chef Cyrille Holota to pair the 750-plus wine selection with his spectacular menu items.
